Quality Time with Mid Sussex YMCA

Reopened on 8th September, QTs is a social meeting space and drop-in for parents and parents-to-be under 21 years old. We meet at the Boys Club, Western Road, Burgess Hill, between 12pm-2pm on Thursdays. Young parents can get support from Connexions and a health visitor as well as our experienced staff. Most importantly they support each other through their own experiences of young parenting.

We have experienced and qualified playworkers to entertain the children so that the parents can have time and space to do occasional workshops such as oral health, baby massage and baby first aid with visiting professionals, or just have a chat and a drink.

All young parents or parent's-to-be under 21 years are welcome and can bring a friend or a family member along initially. Additionally, our volunteer, who is herself a young mother, will visit young parents in their homes and explain more about the group, and can meet up with them before the group to go along together.
